Preferred:
Container/Tube: Blue Top (Citrate Tube)
Minimum Volume: Tube must be filled to fill line, no exceptions
Collection Instructions: Spin immediately.
Also Acceptable:
Container/Tube: 2 mL and 3 mL pediatric tubes may also be drawn
Specimen Stability
Ambient: 4 hours
Refrigerate: Aliquot for longer plasma storage
