Preferred:
Container/Tube: 24 Hour Urine Collection Jug With Preservative
Minimum Volume: 1 mL of a 24 Hour Urine
Collection Instructions: Add 10 grams of Boric Acid to the container prior to collection.
Collect on ice or refrigerate during collection.
Also Acceptable:
Container/Tube: Clean / Sterile Container
Specimen Stability
Refrigerate: 48 hours
Frozen: aliquot for longer storage
