Lab Handling
It is recommended that the sample tube contain 50% fill volume at a minimum (2mL sample in a 4mL tube). Tubes must be placed in ice immediately after sample collection and labeling. Plasma should be physically separated from contact with cells within 15 minutes of sample collection, and analyzed within the sample stability parameters stated above
