Specimen Requirements
Preferred:
Container/Tube: Sterile Tip
Minimum Volume: 2cm
Collection Instructions: At least 2cm of Catherter Tip in a sterile container. The skin area must be decontaminated before removing the catherter tip. Sever/cut the catheter with sterile scissors and place in a sterile container. Do not touch the skin during withdrawal if possible.
